Our Beginning

Founded in 2010 in the Western Downs region of Chinchilla, Monster Hire proudly boasts a 71% female full-time workforce. We service a wide range of clients — from multinational corporations to not-for-profits, small businesses, and individual operators — across southern and Far North Queensland, the Northern Territory, the Eastern Seaboard down to New South Wales' Central Coast, and even along the Western Australian coastline.

Living and working within our local region is a core priority, allowing us to consistently deliver exceptional service and high-quality machinery to our clients. All permanent staff are based in Chinchilla, and the business remains 100% locally owned.

For more than a decade, we’ve partnered with some of the most prominent civil and construction operators throughout South East Queensland. Monster Hire’s machinery and attachments have played a key role in a variety of major projects, including installations across the Water, Oil & Gas, Energy, and Transmission sectors.

Our equipment and experienced operators have been engaged on Storage Ponds, Laydown Yards, Solar and Wind Farms, Feedlots, Local Council and Main Roads works, along with an extensive list of Road and Rail developments and Seismic Line projects.
